Business Development
Retzler Group performs theatre consulting and business services for clients in the public and private sectors. Our clients include not for profit boards of directors, municipalities, investment groups, and individuals who wish to purchase or manage theatres. The business plans for theatres can include not only the theatre itself but addresses parking, retail, and residential space if necessary.
Fund Raising
We can assist any project find funding. We create a business plan then obtain bonds, private capital., “TIF” (Tax Incremental Financing), Historic Tax Credits, State and Local grants and other non conventional funding.
Real Estate Acquisition
Retzler buys many buildings, restores or renovates then packages them for other investors. We never “flip” properties but increase their value to other users. Multiple sources of revenue are a must when working in theatre or historic properties.
