Restoration
Retzler Group will serve as chief restoration consultant on any size theatre worldwide. Through its network of hundreds of consulting architects, engineers, artisans, stage consultants, restoration experts, electricians, carpenters, plumbers, HVAC companies, plasterers, painters, Retzler Group can be your, “one stop shop!” An essential part of our business is to employ local sub contractors, minorities, students, and as many local craftsmen and volunteers as possible. Insurance issues are of paramount concern when volunteers are involved.
Rennovation
Some theatres cannot be saved efficiently. If not a theatre, can some parts of great theatres be saved to create a restaurant, bar or other facility that will maintain some historic character? Retzler Group rarely takes on a project that will not maintain the historical accuracy of some part of the theatre or if theatre functions are non existent.
Ongoing Consulting
For theatres already up and running, our consulting services can be used to train new board members, look at the business in a “new way,” and offer efficiency and programming services to the most sophisticated theatre operation.
